The story behind LifetoSpaces
There is a clear gap in curating vibrant space for people in Egypt. The utilized open spaces are lacking and when present, the amenities do not necessarily respond to the users' needs.
Established in 2021, LifetoSpaces was born out of a love of design and a vision to transform underutilized spaces into functional, vibrant places, pulsating with life and ideas.
With a passion to redefine the urban experience through design, the founder of LifetoSpaces, Amira Badran, utilizes her experience and education in urban placemaking and architectural engineering to shift the public perspective of otherwise non-descript spaces, and reimagine them as places with vast potential to becoming an integral aspect of a community.
The approach of LifetoSpaces is based on an urban placemaking methodology that develops context-oriented, multi-purpose urban street furniture and design, fusing art and function, form and purpose, beauty and intelligence.
With a particular interest in creating engaging milieus for children and adults, LifetoSpaces is specialized in conceiving and designing interactive, open-ended playscapes that can stimulate senses, challenge mental capabilities, or that comfortably push physical limits.

Strategy
LifetoSpaces is the first to provide space activation services based on an urban placemaking approach in Egypt. We are also soon launching an E-store with an urban furniture shop with various series including gathering spaces, play, relaxing etc... that will fill a market gap through providing street furniture with multiple functions in our urban space.
